Workforce Development

In partnership with government agencies including the Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) program and Youth Employment Services (YES), the Foundation supports skills training and employment pathways in technology-adjacent fields. The goal is to ensure that the digital economy creates opportunity for equity-deserving communities, not just for those already positioned to benefit.
